Our Terms and Conditions
How to order

We accept orders by phone (0141 7631101), or by email. We use to send a quote or order after your approval.

The minimum order is £250.00 for buffets without personnel service and £400.00 for buffets with staff and/or waiters hire.
Booking

Prices don't include VAT.

VAT is applied when the order includes services like waiters, and hot food served by our staff. For drop-down and cold buffets, VAT is not applied.

To secure your event, you are required to pay 30% of the total balance. This deposit is not refundable.

The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before your event.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: we will always ask you to confirm if any of your guests has specific dietary requirements and we will provide a list of allergens linked to each dish ordered. PLEASE NOTE that severe allergies MUST BE communicated to us at moment of bookings, as they affect how the kitchen works.
Delivery

Delivery can be charged based on the amount of your order and the distance from Glasgow.

We will not make deliveries in the event of a yellow or red weather warning, especially on remote or private roads.

If your venue is situated in an un-safe place and you have not let us know alternative roads or drop off points, we will not make a delivery and your event will not be refunded.​

Payments

We accept payments by cash, by checks (5 days prior to the event), by phone, and by bank transfer.

Cancellation

Please note your 30% deposit will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation.

We return 70% of your confirmation only in case you have paid 100% of the order and the cancellation has been requested at least 7 days before the event.

You can cancel your reservation up to 1 week before your event. Cancellations made 7 days or less before the event, will not be refunded.

Non-delivery due to a inability to reach your venue due to un-safe roads or un-safe weather conditions will not entitle you to a refund.
