Served Sit-Down Buffet
With this option, your buffet choices will either be delivered hot or reheated on-site, prior being served to your guests. If you have a large group event with many dietary requirements, we will make sure we know exactly all your guests preferences (see how it works). Our waiters will assist.
We can also provide crockery and cutlery if necessary, and please give a look at our services.
We do not require a kitchen to warm up your food when you choose the hot buffet served as we will either use the chaffing to bring the food to the right temperature or transport your hot food in insulated containers to maintain a safe temperature.
At the end of your party, we will pick up our equipment. We do not require you to clean our equipment, we will take care of that.
What is NOT included:

Crockery and cutlery, as well as glasses and table wear, are not included. You can request a quote for rental service of these in our SERVICES page.

How your guests can choose dishes and how we serve them

Firstly, choose the menu that best suits you and your guests (Bronze, Silver or Gold). We can adjust our options if you have specific dietary requirements or tastes preferences.

We will send you a first menu proposal for you to review, and advise on any amends needed.

Once you are happy with your menu, we kindly ask to secure your date by paying our deposit, which will be 30% of your total order (see our conditions).

You will then receive a request to fill in our ''guest tracker'' form, where you will need to advise on your guests dietary restrictions, allergies or overall dish preference.

Once your guests have confirmed their preferences, please let us know the final numbers so we can adjust your order accordingly. Please note you must let us know final numbers at least one week prior to your event.

We will require name tags of your guests to be assigned where they will be sitting, so that each guests can receive exactly what they have selected from our menu without needing to interact with the staff. If the seating arrangement is designed in advance, please let us know.
