Allergens
Having a food intolerance or allergy doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy our delicious food. We have options to suit a whole range of special diets, so you don’t have to miss out on your favourites when you’re eating with us. We will also provide an allergens list for all food items produced.
How to Book
Reservations cannot be made online. It is possible to send a request by email, through the website, or call 0141 7631101. We will provide an initial quote which can be accepted by paying the deposit (30%) to confirm your booking.
Can I make amends to my order?
Yes, you can request as many amends as you like up until 1 weeks before your event.
Securing your event with a deposit
A Non-refundable confirmation deposit of 30% of the total estimated bill is required to hold the catering date and secure the price. In the event of cancellation the first deposit will not be refunded.
Payment of remaining balance
Payment of the remaining 70 % of the outstanding amount is due a week prior to the booking date. Cancellations within a week from the event date will not be refunded.
Do you have a minimum spend?
It depends on the type of buffet. If you request a cold buffet the minimum amount required is £250.00. If instead it is a Hot self service or a sit-down buffet the minimum required is £360.00
Space needed for a hot Buffet
Do we need a kitchen in order to reheat the food to serve a hot buffet? No, we have thermal containers and/or use Chaffins and we need only a space where to put food on dishes. If your space is limited, please let us know.
Do you drive to remote locations?
Depending how far/remote you are, we might ask you for additional information on road safety before confirming we can work with you.
